Burnt Umber Dragonfly

Hues of burnt umber and browns adorn an off white cabochon. The dragonfly is a ceramic decal applied between firings.  once the final firing occurs the dragonfly becomes a permanent part of the glass and unless the cabuchon is smashed will not come off of the glass.   It comes on a 30 " antiqued brass necklace and in a gift box just waiting to be wrapped.   For many cultures the dragonfly is looked upon as a symbol of rebirth and change.  Some even believe them to be a conduit between this world and the next.
